Hi,

I've cleaned up a bit some classes in the tof and pid dir

BrTofCalModule
BrTofCalibration
BrTofTimeOffsetCalModule
BrTofAdcGainCalModule

BrTofPidModule

I checked the whole procedure for TOF1 and didn't face any problem
(from the ped. to the pid).

The same for TOFW is on its way though it requires more stat to get a
descent calibration.

For TOF2, I'm waiting until a I can use DC tracks.
