Hi,

I have committed the following changes / new modules:

In brat/geant:

BrGeantToDetectorTracks.h, BrGeantToDetectorTracks.cxx
Default Dedx limit changed to 0.000001
Possibility to take into account "preprocessor" cut in low timebins
(for more realistic definition of "reconstructible" tracks.)

BrGeantTrack.h:
Added Charge() and SetCharge(Double_t x)

New: BrGeantToMRSTracks.h, BrGeantToMRSTracks.cxx:
Added new module BrGeantToMRSTracks, to generate "reconstructible" 
BrMRSTracks directly from Geant tracks and hits.

In brat/tpc:

BrDigitizeTPC.h, BrDigitizeTPC.cxx:
Added possibility to use more realistic time response taken from 
Gong's STAR note, instead of Gaussian default. 
Moved calculation of "residuals" to after place in code where track 
slopes are folded into cluster widths.

BrTPCSequenceAdder.cxx:
Standardized connection between module name and expected input
data tables.

In brat/track:

BrSpectrometerTracks.h, BrSpectrometerTracks.cxx:
Added function RelativeOverlap(....) to BrMRSTrack and BrFFSTrack

I don't think any of this should break existing code.

More efficiency related stuff upcoming tomorrow ....
