I have committed several changes, mostly minor to Brat.
These include

a) Update to BrRawDataInput so it can now read the 6 calibration slats placed behind the TOFW.
   There are stored in the DataTable of type BrDigTof with tale name "TOFWCal".
   As of now the DAQ also generates a new record Id 11304, so using old BrRawDataInputs is likely
   to generated error messages per event.
   update BrOnlineMonitorTof to include TOFWCal as option (6 slats)

b) An analysis Filter module BrCollisionVertex in brat/ana

c) Added BrModuleManager to base (prototype dev.) No impact on user code.
