I found the viciuos error bugging Brahvo recently. I wont go into details - see cvs for more comments.
In addition several the intrinsic code was purified, and cleaned up. I trust it now really works except for the logging
that uses Threads and awaits an expert.

The remaining detectors i.e. T4,T5, DVM(DirftVelocityMonitors) RICH , the 4032 on the MRS paltform was added together with the
setting files in ~/HV/config. The files were writting to conform to the information on the spreadsheet for the detectors, as well as the
    TPC web pages.

It is now time to use Brahvo for All production work and get away from the individual mainframe icons.
This is also an encouragement to check to settings files for a) channel + mainframe allocation and b) default settings.
    The run is getting near.

The L4032 #2 for BBL was replaced today by Bob Sheetz, John Hammond and myself. It apparently gotr voltages of ~1840V as default
event at power up, and would not vbe dealt with correctly. The failure probably occured during the electric power crash tests this week.
