The  object has been moved from base and BB to a new directory brat/trig. The name of 
the BB scalers was changed from BBTriggerScalers to BBTrigScaler to be more consistent. probably
no-one actually used this but anyhow.

In addition new BrPlane3D constructor was added. 

Brat will be tagged tomorrow as 1.15.5 for these changes.

Kris has added some new stuff to Monitor classes and to BrRawDatainput for the DVM (DriftVelocityMonitors).
There is a small issue with new mon stuff - hoepfully this will be done by tomorrow.
