Hi again,

I've noticed another bug in gbrahms when one wanted to use an input file
in the OSCAR format. The conversion PDG id -> GEANT id for particles was
not properly treated.

I've modified egconv.F so that the PDG id of particles is converted to the
GEANT id in the right way. I've also rewritten the routine into a function
form (not a subroutine). The file ugoscrd.F has been modified in
consequence.

The test I've made so far looks ok. Please report any bug if you notice
one.
