Fixed: pii's xterminal login and twiddle key

Folks, login into pii's from Xterminals now works from pii6, pii7,
pii8 and pii10. The "broken ~ key" problem was also fixed- RedHat 6.2
remap keycode=22 ("backspace" on pc keyboard, but "~" on Xterm keybord
into "backspace"). RedHat 7 do not have this problem. pii3, pii4 and pii5
are not accessible to Xterminals because they are on a different subnet.
