I tagged a new version of BRAT. I changed some stuff in
BrDetectorParamsTPC which has to do with a better row correction. It is
now possible to use a 2 dimensional parametrisation, fx. a linear fit. The
old values are still default and exactly the same mathods can be used to
set it. You can also get the time row corrections now. The new is called
TimeCorrectionSlope.

We will run some tests in next week (Flemming, Ian and I) and see if it
makes sense.
