Hi BRATs, 

I'm happy to announce, that now we can use ROOT 3.00/02 to read our
old datafiles. That is, we have full backward compatibility! 

The fix is due to the kind help and patience Rene Brun. 

Since this constitutes a mjor change, I've bumped to version 1.13.00,
and tagged CVS with BRAT-1-13-00.
