Dear Christian, I am concerned if we can not read the 'older' .root files wtih root on 3.00 - At this quite a bit of effort, cpu and real time has been spend to create the datafiles that are being used for the analysis of the 2000 data. These files will be in use for some time to the analysis is completed for publication. It would be a pity to have to redo this- though it can be done (about a weeks worth on running on the RCF farm). Hope you find the problem. /fv > > The class BrEventIO probably needs to be revisited soon, since it > seems incompatible with ROOT version 3.00/<xx>.
