Hi Bjorn et al,
I'd like to direct your attention to the mail I sent yesterday, in
reply to Bjorns mail.
In that mail, I provide a strong argument why you _must_ consider your
centrality cut as dependent on the vertex location. This is not
something that can be ignored. If you do not include this dependency
in your analysis, your the errors results will be
undetermined. Therefore I strongly urge you to read that mail again.
As a supplement to the privious mail, here's a diagram of the trigger
word generation:
+---+ +------------+ +---+
| E |--+---| Scaler box |----| L |
| x | | +------------+ | o |
| p | | +------------+ | g |
| e |--|+--| Scaler box |----| i |
| r | || +------------+ | c |-------------------+
| i | || | a | |
| m | || ... | l | +----------+----------+
| e | || | | | Second | First |
| n | || +------------+ | O | | 8 bit of | 8 bit of |
| t |--||+-| Scaler box |----| R | | trigger | trigger |
+---+ ||| +------------+ +---+ | word 1 | word 1 |
||| +----------+----------+
||| +---------+ |
||+---| Logical | |
|+----| |------------------+
+-----| OR |
+---------+
As far as I gather, no event will be written if the second 8 bits of
trigger word 1 is identical 0, though Konstantin would probably be
able to tell you all the gory details.
Yours,
Christian -----------------------------------------------------------
