Must have broken during pii3 upgrade from RedHat 6.1 to 7.0.

It is not installed on most RedHat 6.1 machines, but should be installed
on the 6.2 and 7.0 ones. I will make sure that it is and maybe install it
on the 6.1 machines as well.
