The BrCalibrationsParamTOF should probably somewhere more general place (and
be suplemented with similar classes from other detectors.)
For the longer term the profilating use of not always matching classes of
file handling must be taken (sequence managers, now datahandler,...) so they
can be consolidated.
Now the pii3 has been updated it is the plan to get one of the rcf machines
(rcas0005.) converrted to the calibration database server (under our
control) with backups etc, lso as soon as possible.
