	Hello, everybody.
 I've committed two changes to brat:
   /brat/params/bb/BrCalibrBB.dat  - more precise gains for small tubes
   /brat/bb/src/BrRdoModuleBB.cxx  - reject outliers in timing
I wanted to tag a brat version, but since changes are minor and I don't
know how to tag, I didn't do it.

 I've created a new directory in /brahms_app/yb_app called dNdEta/ and
placed there all my codes related to the dNdEta determination and
plotting. README file is included, so it shouldn't be a problem for
anyone interested to look at it.
