As result of a request from Steve to get a Hijing mbias file I have discovered in bug in the steering routine for Hijing i.e. the main driver program, not the code from XNWang. The mistake have resulted in all file generated so far to have impact parameter range bmin-bmax == 0 -> 0. This was fixed as of today. 
A b=0-15 fm AuAu at 130 GeV is beeing generated, plese do not trust names as of today, but wait for these to be changed when the current runs are complete by tomorrow.
