h2root added on pii's

    Hello,
As per request from Flemming, I have linked h2root and g2root on the
pii's (as well as the linux machines in RCF)  I did not test because I
do not have anything to test with, but I started it and it appears to
run and then complain that I gave it no file.  If you need it, try it
and let me know if it does'nt work.

As usual, I had trouble getting it going on the sun and in fact did not
succeed.  There were errors in linking with unresolved symbols.  So if
you need to use these, do it on linux.
