While investigating some TPM2 response it was discovered that an error was  present in the dealing of active rows in the TPCs. In the case the methods SetRowActive() or SetRowInactive() the internal info was not updated properly. This was changed today with updates of BrDetectorParamaTPC.cxx. The ListParams() Methods too now outputs some information on the rows.
In BrDetectorParams some source code that was enclosed in non-active preprocessor statements was removed. This should not effect anything.

Since these are simple code fixes no version update was done.
