/opt/brahms/brat/dev switched to new snapshot

Please note that /opt/brahms/brat/dev was switched from the
previous build (Sept 19th) to the current CVS snapshot, created by the
new automated build scripts.

Two symlinks are now present in .../brat/dev:

"current": points to the latest checked out brat snapshot
"dev":     points to the latest successful brat build.

Normally the two symlinks should point to the same snapshot
directory, but when brat builds fail, "current" will march forward
pointing to the failed builds, while "dev" will stay behind pointing
to the last successful build.

At this time, the snapshots are not created automatically, pending
resolution of problems with AFS permissions. For now, I will run
the scripts manually.
