The Brat libraries have been updated for 
BrDetectorParamsBB, BrDigitizeBB

a) Fixed module counting error.
b) Updated width estimates for PMT response by appliing resolution estimates using
    photocathode effeciency, and secondary gains (Photomultiplier handbook)
c) Added some methods to set and get these new parameters.

The code has been checked out with a) single pion file as well as frittiof file.
