Hi

I've committed new version of BrOnlineMonitorDC.
The main modifications are:
1. Same histograms and pictures for T3, T4 and T5.  
2. Hits multiplicity distribution and Efficiency for T3 monitoring. 
3. Histogram's axes description.
4. Histogram filling moved from "Event" into "FillHistograms" method.
5. Constant parameters have been hidden.
