Since the username for RUNDB queries and for insertion iunto the
calibration are different we
have modified the connection routine for the RunDb such a secondary
username can be given.
The modified class is
 BrMainDb  (.h and .cxx)

The prototype application in dbapp BramCaliSession.cxx uses and checks
this feature.
