Raw data unpacking changes:

- removed obsolete TOFW record (combined top+bottom)
  the separate TOFWT and TOFWB records should be used instead.
- remapped TOFW TDCs per Dana's request
- added 2 more tiles to the Tiles record (40 became 42)
  per Hiro's request.
