Hi,

  I have made minor modifcations in BrDetectorList. 
The IsOn method is now const. I have removed some unnecessary #include
statements and replaced numeric array limits by a symbolic constant.

  I have updated BrNtuple.cxx to use the new SetOff method of
BrRawDataInput and removed the code that killed the branches for the Drift
Chambers (the branches are still empty).
