Hello,
This note is to announce another BRAT object and its
implementation.

An object named BrTriggerScaler has been generated which
has the purpose of containing the online scalers from
recordId = 4 in the raw data.

The creation of this object has been implemented into
BrRawDataInput.  It was tested using pulser events
(since those are the only kind of events I am managing
to get this week) with SuperMon and things work as
expected.
