brat/mult and gbrahms

    	I have made the several change in brat/mult and gbrahms for
    simulation.  The following is the change.
    
    1.  In gbrahms, the numbering (volume number or sub volume number) for si
    and tiles are changed.
    2.  Now, a user can select the configuration of si and tiles by setting a
    parameters.  The list of parameters are listed below.
    	For silicon detector:
    		si0par,si1par,si2par,si3par,si4par,si5par
    	For preamp-shaper box:
    		prea0par,prea1par,prea2par,prea3par,prea4par,prea5par
    	For tile:
    		tile0par,tile1par,tile2par,tile3par,tile4par,tile5par
    
    	To set the parameters, look at the example in global/bd_mult.F
    
    	The default geometry is set to reflect the current configuration
    of tiles and si detectors.
    
    3.  In brat/mult, the mapping of detectors in digitization routine was
    changed.  Now, the gbrahms data and the raw data have the exactly same
    mapping.
