small change in BrRawDataInput

    Hi,

I have added some minor changes in the set of SetxxxOn methods.
When you wanted to turn on a single detector, it was not possible to avoid
turning on everything or so since a SetAllOff or On strongly influences
the process. Now you can select a single detector this way:

SetAllOff()
SetH2On() (for instance).

at decoding time, you only focus on H2 and not the whole BFS, FS or All

I think that's not a bad thing since the process is then faster. Like
before, nothing that already exists is changed.
