- The correction by Trine to the BrCoordinateSystem class has been 
  verified, and checks added to the TestCoord.cxx program/macro.
  BrRotMatrix constructor has an added check for a normal rotation 
  matrix (i.e Determinant()==1).A constructor with Euler angles was 
 also added by Trine to BrRotMatrix.
