ZDC CAMAC readout problem understood

Good news! I understand why the update of the CAMAC readout code
to add readout of the new ZDC ADC has bombed. The time-wait routine
that I am using is miscalibrated and the CAMAC PPC processor
is not waiting long enough for completion of the readout in crate CA-1.
Aparently the wait time is right on the edge and the addition of one
extra ADC to read has increased the readout time enough for the
PPC processor to timeout. The problem is with the time-wait routines
and they will be fixed as soon as I get the pii3:/home situation
under control.
