Hello,
I have done some more work on the monitor.  The new
functionality includes:
1. Integrate button that \"works\" for 1D and 2D arrays.
2. The ability to read in a ROOT file with raw data (one
that was generated using BrEventIO).

The enhancement to read the ROOT file necessitated
several changes to the ROOT base which then propogated
to other areas.  These changes include:
1. Change arguments in Open statement to const in
   BrIOModule, BrEventIO, BrGeantInput, BrRawDataInput

I hope we will soon converge on having const everywhere
it needs to be.  I hope even more that these changes
will not cause the newer stricter compilers to give
errors.  I worked on it until the present compiler quit
giving warnings.

These changes are comiled, tested and checked into the
CVS repository.
