    Kaere Alle,

    Just to follow up on my overly long mail earlier...

    I have found some of the problems.

    1. I thought (incorrectly, it turns out) that if something belonged to a

    "global" track, it would be in the global coordinate system. STRIKE 1, the 'Front

    and 'back' tracks which make up the FFSTrack are in the local coord. of

    their respective detectors. Thanks to Claus and Trine for pointing this

    out.

    2. The monitor program that I am working on (which is originally from Claus, who

    has done most of the hard work) was drawing things in a root coord. system,

    not the brat coordinate system....so STRIKE 2

    Now I think that I can draw the spectrometer correctly in the canvas and

    put the tracks where they should be...and the either

    -->BrFSMonitor will work

    or

    STRIKE 3 and I'm out...

    Cheers,
