Hi all,

  I have committed a new version of brat/online/ntuple/BrNtupleBB.cxx.
The file contains new TDC offsets based on fits of time differences in
run 1450. The TimeLeft-TimeRight distibution is now centered at 0.
  The BrNtuple in the operator account on the pii's have been recompiled
with the new TDC offsets.
