The observation that the monitor program for C1 produced empty
histograms only has lead to following changes.

a) Fixed naming between BrRawDataInput and BrMonitor for DigC1
b) Took the chance to modify BrDigC1 from a TObject in a Datatable into
its
     own BrDataObject
