To make testing of brat som what easier a shell script has been added to the brat/test directory.
- It executes several of the Test... programs (assuming they are created) using the Makefile
  write the output to a log file.
- Two of the test programs assume there is a sub-directory data containing a 'standard' geant file fms_pion.cdat
  This file is NOT part of the distribution, but available from the RCF /brahms/data01/data/brattest directory.

 Added files run_test
Modified text output from TextExecptions, TestGeantIO, TestBase.
