The TPC localtracking has had lots of changes applied in the following areas. -- Track following modified according to work by Alv and Peter. It now handles better tilted tracks. There is a question i my mind if it picks up more ghost when using the default parameters. -- Redifinition of BrTPCCluster -> BrTPCHitCluster. The HitCluster is the summary information for a foiund cluster in pad, time bins A new class BrTPCCluster introduced which as member has the BrTPCsequence that belong to a cluster. - Added new classes base on some preliminary work by justice to perfom cluster finding, using only dynamic structures. The deconvolution is based on the same algorithm as in fClusterMethod==0 ie the existing localtrack but completely rewritten. - The BrTPCTrackingModule is prepared to split the clustering and trackfinding parts. - When using default setup the TPC tracking uses the previous codes. For those application the only difference is in the fact the the temporary cluster output now are objects of the class BrTPCHitCluster. - Some code the gets this information from the module may have to change BrCLuster-->BrHitCluster You can check for additional comments in the code itself. The new methods are debugged, but the algorithms somewhat different than the old methods and cut parameters not optimized. The cvs version of brat was tagged as VER-1-5.
