Hello all,
A list of changes to BRAT that I checked into the repository.
1. I added a rich subdirectory and put some placeholder files:
    a. BrDigRICH.cxx and .h          (one object with 320 ADC values)
    b. BrMonitorRICH.cxx and .h   (increments 320 ADC arrays)

2. I changed the BrRawDataInput:
    a. Change the ZDC to reflect the new recordId of ZDC's where all 8
PMTS are read
        with one recordId.
    b. Add rudimentary unpacking of the rudimentary RICH.

The stuff for the RICH is mostly placeholder, but can get us going once
I understand better what all of the structures are.  Perhaps Ramiro
could take a look at those and give me advice.
