The TPC code as well as associated routines/classes have been changed as a result of
1. looking at cosmic rays
2. reviewing the digitizations and track following code.
The changes has been checked back into CVS, and confirmed reading both Geant/simulated data and real cosmic ray data for T1. The main changes consists of
- The digitization code uses BrDetectorParamsTPC method to perform conversion between local /intrinseic and pad time coordinates. It uses dynamic arrays instead of fortran/sonata like arrays. The default value of cut parameters for good clusters, and effective number of e-pairs per cm has been modified to reflect better 'real' condition. Still the simulation has better resolution than cosmic ray data. it is possible to add white noise to timebin ads signals. This also gets rids of severe bug in TPM1 digitisation tracking (JHlee)
- The reconstruction uses same methods.
- the local tracking has a slightly new method (method==1) to deal with trackfollowing algorithm. It is in my humble opinion easier to 'read'.
- Change to BrGeantInput to deal with larger number of volumes (due to mult).
The code has been checked out extensively with simulated data and cosmic ray data to deal with non-ideal conditions.
The changes has been checked back into CVS but no new brahmlib version has been created yet.
