GBRAHMS and g77
Gbrahms code changes
Due to the limited availability of the Portland group fortran compiler as well as library incompatibilities with CERN libraries GBRAHMS has been modified such it will also compile and work with the g77 compiler. The code has been checked with the 99 version of cernlib. The code will still compile with
Compilation
The environment variable GBRAHMS_COMPILER must be set to G77, before executing the gbrahms.bld scripts. The makefiles will then properly execute and create an executable gbrahms.g77 in the bin/linux directory.
Remember to have the LIB environment variable defined to point to the version of cernlib and have the cernlib executable included in the path (particularly kuipc) .
CERN libraries
rcf
At RCF the libraries are available under the directories /cern/99. These directories are physical located under /afs/rhic cell specifically /afs/rhic/asis/i386_redhat51/cern. Y.Fiziak maintains these libraries.
Piixx.brahms…
On the Brahms ONCS cluster the library is placed on pii3, and accessible from all machines with the link /cern/99/.
