Preliminary Agenda for BRAHMS collaboration meeting October 21-24 1998 at BNL. The meeting will take place in the third floor conference room in physics.

Preamble:

This preliminary agenda for the collaboration meeting is allowing plenty of time for detector and software specific kind. More details of the items to be discussed for the detectors are given below. There is a clear need for this with only one year before RHIC start of operations. With the many components nearing completion and installation more coordination is required. I hope that in particular the detector presentations will be concise, focus on decision that has been made, on problems still to be solved, on schedule for construction, installation and commissioning, needs for resources and resources which will be brought to BNL/RHIC. By the end of the meeting we should have a good understanding of the overall plan.

The BRAHMS collaboration meeting was scheduled before the date of the workshop on "RHIC and the Quark Gluon Plasma: Kay Kay Gee Day", to be held in memoriam to Klaus, was announced for Friday, October 23, 1998. Our program will give you a possibility for those not directly involved in the detector discussions to attend at least some of the talks in the afternoon. See here for more information.
